Nylon conveyor belts feature a nylon canvas intermediate layer. Nylon (NN) conveyor belts are characterized by a thin belt body, high tensile strength, impact resistance, good troughing performance, strong interlayer adhesion, excellent flexibility, and a long service life. They are suitable for medium- to long-distance applications, high load capacities, and high-speed conditions.

Nylon conveyor belts, with a nylon canvas interlayer, feature a thin belt body, high tensile strength, impact resistance, good troughing performance, strong interlayer adhesion, excellent flexibility, and a long service life. They are suitable for conveying materials over medium to long distances under high-load, high-speed conditions and are widely used in mining, coal yards, chemical, metallurgical, construction, and port industries.
Cold Vulcanization Splicing Method for Nylon Conveyor Belts:
1. Cut the belt to the actual dimensions plus the splicing length. Identify the top and bottom sides, then use a chalk line to accurately mark the centerline of the belt joint. (Verify the centerline’s accuracy by drawing a perpendicular transverse line.) Mark the cutting lines accordingly.
2. Preparation of the lower belt section: When overlapping the two ends of the belt, ensure that the upper belt aligns with the direction of travel. Mark the upper and lower belts accordingly.
1) Draw a 90-degree CB straight line at the end of the belt. Mark a bevel line at an angle of (belt width × 0.3) = approximately 16 degrees.
2) On the blank section (bottom edge), draw a straight line parallel to the bevel line 30 mm from the belt. Preserve this edge of the belt and mark it. Use a knife to cut a groove into the marked 30 mm wide strip of belt and peel off its cover layer.
